Yes. Staff are on duty 7 days a week, and emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It depends on the type of animal, where it is in or around your home or business, and the travel distance to your location. Please call for a quote.

Usually the same day or the next business day, within 24 hours of capture, depending on when you call and our schedule. Call us as soon as you notice an animal in the trap.

Depending on the animal, that can backfire badly. If it is sealed inside, it will damage the attic getting out or find its way into the house. If it is outside, it will open a new hole to get back in.

Yes. We carry liability insurance, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.

We follow State of Illinois law. Some animals can be released, and some are required by the state to be euthanized. Call us for the specifics.

We are licensed to serve all of Illinois and cover most of Chicagoland day to day. If you are outside our usual area, call anyway. We may well be able to help.

Please contact a licensed wildlife center. We are not licensed by the State of Illinois to handle orphaned or injured animals, but our Baby or Injured Animals page lists centers that can help.
